The web isn't just for medium and large businesses any more.
Today, we expect every business to be online. Many times,
businesses create a web presence that doesn't match the quality of their
work or product. My vision is to deliver high-quality, elegant
websites and graphics for even the smallest businesses.
History...
I started using computers as a draftsman in the late '80's. In the
90's, I started designing websites and application interfaces for
various projects. Since then, I have been drawn to the elements of
good design and have continued both technical and design work for
various employers.
Process...
In order to make sure you and I are both ready to start
building something together, I will ask a lot of questions about your
target demographic, previous marketing efforts, favorite color (no
kidding) and other questions. I use this information, along with
my own experience/research to mold the right page layout, colors, page
hierarchy and navigation system. I will present ideas until you
are pleased... then we start building from there.
Time, Money & Value...
First, it's not necessary to wait weeks or months for a basic site, even
if it's 10 pages. Most of my projects are completed in less than 1
week, but some have gone longer just due to size and customers delays.
I want my customers to feel they received a great value for their
expense. I price using fixed bid and hourly rate, depending
on your preference. Most times, a new site is a fixed price and
the site maintenance is charged by the hour as needed.
At the end of each project, I ask each customer to provide a written testimonial
that highlights how I helped them. If they don't feel they can write a
positive testimonial, I will do what it takes to make them a satisfied customer.
